FREIGHT :

All plants will be shipped bare root, washed and properly disinfected   (without vase or substrate). plants  Bottled can be sent with an addition of 30%  at the  total value, but without proper cleaning.

All plants will be shipped labeled with their names

Upon receiving the plants, the customer must observe their phytosanitary status.  If you notice any problems, make a complaint immediately.  After 1 month of purchase, we will no longer make replacements.

TERMS : We will not be responsible for Plants that are planted incorrectly and incorrect care, it is the responsibility of the buyer and Professional who is handling the plant when it is planted.
